Reports are delivered digitally (PDF via email/WhatsApp) within the timeframe stated on the pricing page at the time of purchase, typically within 24 hours of payment confirmation. See our Delivery Policy for details.
Live consultation slots are subject to availability and will be scheduled via WhatsApp or email after purchase. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
